FREE domestic returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date you received the item to return the item back to us. Returns are only valid for full price items.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know of your return. For domestic orders, we will email you your FREE return label to send the item back to us. Upon inspection, we will either issue a refund of the purchase price or exchange the item, if preferred. We have the right to deny returns if they do not meet our return policy and the item will be returned to customer.
*Please note that any returned items that have been worn, damaged, washed or altered from their original condition, or items without their tags attached will not be exchanged or refunded and will be returned to the customer. Please ensure that you are not wearing perfume, makeup or deodorant when trying on items of clothing, which may leave a scent or marks on the item.
STYLESTALKER applies an extensive quality control, however if damaged goods do occur, please contact email@example.com immediately to request an exchange.
If you received wrong order, you will be refunded your original delivery charge should you request a refund. Otherwise, please return the item back to us and the correct item will be sent out to you.
If the return is a result of a change of mind you will not be refunded the original postage cost.
Please note that we do not offer returns for sale items unless the garment is faulty.
Please allow 7-10 business days for the return to be processed and 10-12 business days for the amount to appear in your bank account.
You have 30 days from the date you received the item if you wish to exchange your purchase for a different size or color, or in the case of a faulty item, exchange for a non-faulty version of the product, simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please indicate your purchase order number and the product which you would like to exchange for. We will email you back to confirm we have the new product in stock. Then simply return the product back to us and, once it is received and has undergone a quality control check, we will send you the new product. Please note that where you exchange for an item of different value, you will be credited the full amount and re-debited the new amount.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
